Maintenance: Advanced Analytics & Data Lake
Advanced Analytics maintenance is now complete and it will continue processing the data from 48 hours prior the activity.
No action is required from customer, if you do see any issues then please raise a Support Case for further triage.
The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.
We will be performing maintenance on Advanced Analytics, including an update on event retention policy during your weekly maintenance window. Additional documentation is available here What's New | Exabeam Documentation Portal. Once the maintenance is complete, Advanced Analytics will continue processing data from 48 hours prior the maintenance.
We will also be performing maintenance on Data Lake. During this time Data Lake will be unavailable.
No action is required from customer, if you do see any issues post the maintenance activities, please raise a Support Case for further triage.
